Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all reservations made directly through the Ansdel Apartments website or by contacting us directly. Reservations made via third-party platforms (Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.) are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of those platforms.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

We offer the following refund schedule for direct bookings:

  • More than 14 days before check-in: Full refund of any deposit or prepayment made.
  • 7 – 14 days before check-in: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
  • Less than 7 days before check-in: No refund. The full booking amount is non-refundable.

All cancellations must be communicated to us in writing via email at info@ansdelapartments.com. The date of receipt of your cancellation email is the date used to determine the applicable refund tier.

3. No-Shows

If you do not arrive on your scheduled check-in date and have not notified us in advance, the booking will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be issued.

4. Early Departures

If you choose to check out before your confirmed departure date, we are unable to offer a refund for the unused nights unless otherwise agreed in writing before your check-in.

5. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 – 14 business days of the cancellation confirmation. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of documented medical emergencies, natural disasters, or government-issued travel restrictions that prevent travel, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation will be required. Please contact us as soon as possible in these situations.

7. Modifications to Reservations

Date changes and reservation modifications are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours before your original check-in date. We will do our best to accommodate changes at no additional cost, but rate differences may apply.
